Over 12 years ago, I started my own fitness journey, and it completely transformed my life. Along the way, I discovered a deep passion for health, wellness, and fitness, which led me to become a certified Fitness Instructor. Today, I’m proud to be a certified Zumba Instructor and Group Fitness Coach, helping others unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
